Todd Mullins is the Senior Pastor of Christ Fellowship Church, a multi-site, multi-ethnic congregation gathering in 9 campuses throughout South Florida with more than 27,000 in attendance each week.
Todd serves on the lead team of the “Association of Related Churches” (ARC), as well as on the Board of Directors for Place of Hope Children’s Home in South Florida. He and Julie also founded Church United, a partnership of local churches across denominations joining together to transform South Florida. Todd has led and participated in humanitarian aid, emergency relief and mission work around the world. He has his earned doctorate degree from Liberty University. Todd married his 7th grade sweetheart, Julie. Together they have one son, Jefferson, who is a student at Southeastern University at Christ Fellowship.

Julie Mullins is the Co-Senior Pastor of Christ Fellowship Church. She is passionate about building healthy teams and a vibrant church culture by investing in leaders across all ministries. Before stepping into the senior lead role, Julie served in the Worship Community, and pastored in both Students and Children’s Ministries. Julie founded, Hope for Freedom, a ministry raising awareness and fighting human trafficking here in South Florida and around the globe. Hope for Freedom opened the first safe house for minor girls and has taught over 10,000 students in Palm Beach County on the dangers and signs of human trafficking. Julie leads CF Sisterhood, and has a vision to inspire every generation to run their race with confidence and grace. In her role as Senior Pastor, Julie provides leadership for the Executive Pastors and Core Ministries of the church.

Tom Mullins, along with his wife Donna, founded Christ Fellowship in 1987. Before becoming a pastor, Tom was a successful football coach and Athletic Director at both the high school and collegiate levels. He and Donna founded Place of Hope, a residential community for neglected and abused children in South Florida and Place of Hope International, which establishes homes and cares for children around the world. Tom is the author of three books that capture his passion to develop leaders and his experience as both a coach and a pastor. He has his earned doctorate from Liberty University and is pursuing his PhD in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University. Tom continues to pastor at Christ Fellowship focusing on leadership development and vision advancement. Tom serves on several boards including, Place of Hope Children’s Home, Teen Challenge, and EQUIP. His role with EQUIP has him training national and international leaders in creating a transformation movement within their nation. He is a sought-after speaker and leader.

Stuart Putnam became a member of Christ Fellowship in 2010 and officially joined the Christ Fellowship staff in 2015 after more than 25 years in the corporate world of advertising and marketing. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego and Kaléo - Christ Fellowship’s School of Biblical Leadership. Stuart is passionate about exploring new ideas and finding practical ways to remove barriers for people to hear the word of God. He feels Church Online provides the perfect platform to reach people where they may be their most broken and vulnerable. Stuart lives in West Palm Beach and has two sons: Alex and Austin.
Bob and Amy Bender started attending Christ Fellowship in 2004, and immediately started serving. Bob helped lead set-up & tear-down for weekend services and monthly service projects for the City Place campus, as well as leading regular ministry events in Belle Glade. When the time came to take the efforts in Belle Glade to a year-round ministry, Bob came on staff and helped launch and direct the Life Center for 5 years. Amy helped lead M.O.P.S and CF Moms for eleven years, and served as the City Place Children’s Ministry Coordinator for six years. Both Bob and Amy are graduates of Kaleo, Christ Fellowship’s school of biblical leadership, and could not be more thrilled to be looking after the wonderful move of God in Boynton Beach.
Brad Parsley graduated from Oral Roberts University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Music in Sacred Music and has served in the local church for 25 years. Brad and his wife Andrea have been married for 18 years and have served together in the local church for over 20 years. They moved to West Palm Beach, FL in August of 2013 from Colorado Springs, Colorado to serve as the Gardens Campus Worship Pastors at Christ Fellowship. In 2017 they stepped into the role of Campus Pastors and helped launch the Jupiter Campus of Christ Fellowship. They are passionate about leading people into the presence of God and encouraging people to fulfill their God given destiny. They have 5 beautiful and incredible children: Caleb, Emma, Paige, Brooke, and Micah.
Travis is following the call of God on his life and left a career in business to pursue ministry. He has served as a discipleship pastor at Gardens and helped to build our church in Stuart before stepping into this role as pastor in Port St. Lucie. Travis earned his Masters in Biblical Leadership from Liberty University and graduated from Kaléo in 2014. Over the years, he and his wife Jenni have been plugged in at Christ Fellowship leading life groups while raising their children. They previously worked as cottage parents for foster children at Place of Hope.
Brandon and his wife Michelle have been faithfully serving as part of the Christ Fellowship family since 1995. They both started their journey in CF Students and continued to grow in their walk with God. Brandon transitioned to young adults, and Michelle moved on to be a leader in Mothers of Pre-Schoolers (MOPS). Brandon served with the traffic team, Men's ministry and life missions. In 2010, Brandon fully surrendered to God’s call on his life to full-time ministry. He graduated from Kaleo in 2013 and returned as a group leader. God opened the door for his family to lead in Okeechobee, where they serve with their children in the same location, on the same day, at the same time each week. They even brought their entire Kaleo group with them to launch the campus. Pastor Brandon now leads Christ Fellowship PopUp.
Dave and Rhonda have been a part of the Christ Fellowship family since April of 2009. Before becoming the Palm Beach Gardens Campus Pastor, Dave served at Christ Fellowship's Royal Palm Beach and Boynton Beach campuses in various capacities. Dave is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University. With nearly two decades of full-time ministry experience, his heart's desire is to see everyone walk in the divine destiny and purpose that God has prepared for them (Eph. 2:10).
Before taking on this role, Matt was a Worship Pastor at the Gardens Campus. He led the choirs and vocal teams, and arranged and wrote music. Matt has more than 20 years of experience in full-time ministry in California and Florida. He attended Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, where he earned a B.A. in Bible and Church Music. Matt and his wife, Kellie live in Stuart. They love serving and loving on the people of Martin County. Their greatest joy is to see their two children, Madison and Michael grow up in Christ Fellowship, discovering their purpose and gifts to serve Jesus.
Andy Glass is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University and Christ Fellowship's School of Biblical Leadership. He has served on Christ Fellowship's staff for the past seven years. Andy and Shea are passionate about connecting people to God and serving the city of West Palm Beach.
Oscar is a graduate of Christ Fellowship’s School of Leadership, Kaleo. After a successful career in the technology industry he has transitioned into full-time ministry as a Campus Pastor. Oscar has 10 years of ministry experience and lives with his wife Dalia and two daughters in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. He is passionate about removing the barriers of time and distance so people can know God from anywhere in the world.
Pastor Daniel Arbolaez serves as the campus pastor of Christ Fellowship Español, which is the largest spanish speaking church in Palm Beach County. His weekly TV and Radio programs reach millions of people throughout Latin America. He is also part of the network of leadership trainers with Equip and a faculty member of Kaleo School of Biblical Leadership. Before joining the staff of CF in 2002, he had a successful career in international business. Pastor Daniel has a bachelor's degree in Theology from Laurel University and Masters’ degree in Christian Leadership Studies from Liberty University. His life experiences and his walk with God allow him to reach to broad audiences both locally and internationally. Daniel lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife Meiling and their three sons.
