Pastors Todd and Julie Mullins are the Senior Pastors of Christ Fellowship Church. Under their guidance, Christ Fellowship has continued its growth as a multi-site congregation that not only gathers 28,000 in South Florida each week but reaches those beyond the region through Church Online and CF TV.
Their leadership expands beyond the walls of Christ Fellowship as they serve the South Florida region. They are the founders of Church United, a partnership of local churches across various denominations who join together to transform South Florida. Todd and Julie also serve on the lead team of the Association of Related Churches (ARC), as well as on the board of directors for Place of Hope Children’s Home in South Florida. They have led and participated in humanitarian aid, emergency relief, and mission work both locally and internationally. Todd and Julie are frequently invited to churches and conferences around the globe to share the mission of Christ Fellowship of impacting the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ. Together they have a son, Jefferson, who is a student at Southeastern University at Christ Fellowship.
Dr. Tom Mullins, along with his wife Donna, founded Christ Fellowship in 1984. What began as a small Bible study with 40 people meeting in their living room, has grown to more than 28,000 people meeting at multiple locations across South Florida and many more around the globe through Church Online. In 2011, Tom and Donna entrusted the leadership of Christ Fellowship to their son Todd and his wife, Julie. Before becoming a pastor, Tom was a successful football coach and athletic director at both the high school and collegiate levels. Tom continues to pastor at Christ Fellowship, focusing on leadership development and vision advancement.
He and Donna founded Place of Hope, a residential community for neglected and abused children in South Florida and Place of Hope International, which establishes homes and cares for children around the world. Tom serves on several boards, including Place of Hope, Teen Challenge, and EQUIP. His role with EQUIP has him training national and international leaders in creating a transformation movement within their nation. Tom is the author of three books – Passing the Leadership Baton: A Winning Transition Plan for Your Ministry, The Confidence Factor: The Key to Developing the Winning Edge for Life, and The Leadership Game: Winning Principles from Eight National Champions – that capture his passion to develop leaders and his experience as both a coach and a pastor. He earned his doctorate from Liberty University along with a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University. Tom is a sought-after speaker and leader.

Dave and his wife Rhonda have been a part of the Christ Fellowship family since April of 2009. Before becoming the Palm Beach Gardens Campus Pastor, Dave served at Christ Fellowship Royal Palm Beach and Christ Fellowship Boynton Beach in various capacities. Dave is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University. With nearly two decades of full-time ministry experience, his heart's desire is to see everyone walk in the divine destiny and purpose that God has prepared for them.
After a career in the technology industry, Oscar transitioned into full-time ministry as a Campus Pastor for Christ Fellowship Royal Palm Beach. He has 10 years of ministry experience and is a graduate of Christ Fellowship Leadership College. Oscar lives with his wife Dalia and two daughters in Royal Palm Beach and is passionate about removing the barriers of time and distance so people can know God from anywhere in the world.
Bob and his wife Amy started attending Christ Fellowship in 2004 and immediately began serving. They both led ministry initiatives at Christ Fellowship Downtown West Palm Beach, and when the time came to take the efforts in Belle Glade to a year-round ministry, Bob came on staff and helped launch and direct the Life Center for five years. Both Bob and Amy are graduates of Christ Fellowship Leadership College and could not be more thrilled to be looking after the wonderful move of God in Boynton Beach.
Following the call of God on his life, Travis left a career in business to pursue ministry. He has served as a discipleship pastor at Christ Fellowship Palm Beach Gardens and helped to build Christ Fellowship Stuart before stepping into his role as Campus Pastor at Christ Fellowship Port St. Lucie. Travis earned his Master's in Biblical Leadership from Liberty University and graduated from Christ Fellowship Leadership College. He and his wife Jenni previously worked as cottage parents for foster children at Place of Hope.
Before taking on the role of Campus Pastor for Christ Fellowship Stuart, Matt was a Worship Pastor at Christ Fellowship Palm Beach Gardens. He attended Central Bible College where he earned a B.A. in Bible and Church Music and has since spent more than 20 years in full-time ministry. Matt and his wife Kellie live in Stuart where they love serving and loving on the people of Martin County. Their greatest joy is to see their two children, Madison and Michael grow up in Christ Fellowship, discovering their purpose and gifts to serve Jesus.
Andy has been a part of Christ Fellowship since 2008 and currently serves as the Campus Pastor for Christ Fellowship Downtown West Palm Beach. He is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Cross-Cultural Studies. Andy is also a graduate of Christ Fellowship Leadership College. He met his wife, Shea, here at Christ Fellowship and together they have a beautiful daughter named Lira. As a family, they are passionate about connecting people to God and serving the city of West Palm Beach.
Brad and his wife Andrea moved from Colorado to Florida in 2013 to serve as the Worship Pastors at Christ Fellowship Palm Beach Gardens. In 2017, they stepped into the role of Campus Pastors to help launch Christ Fellowship Jupiter. Brad graduated from Oral Roberts University in 1992 and has served in the local church ever since. Brad and Andrea are passionate about leading people into the presence of God and encouraging people to fulfill their God-given destiny. Together they have five children: Caleb, Emma, Paige, Brooke, and Micah.
Matt and Tracy Bowen, along with their five sons, started attending Christ Fellowship Stuart in 2010. They began serving in various roles where eventually Matt oversaw The Journey experience. When the church decided to launch Christ Fellowship Okeechobee, they asked the Bowen family to be a part of the team with Matt serving as Campus Pastor. Matt is a graduate of Hobe Sound Bible College and Christ Fellowship Leadership College. The Bowen family is excited to be a part of expanding the reach of the love and message of Jesus.
In 2014, Danny stepped into full-time ministry at the church and has been a part of the student ministry teams at Christ Fellowship Boynton Beach and Christ Fellowship Port St. Lucie. In the fall of 2018, he stepped into the role of leading and shepherding Christ Fellowship Belle Glade which launched in November 2018. Danny is a graduate of Liberty University. He loves helping people, regardless of their age, realize that God loves and knows them and that He is writing a unique and divine story for each of them.
Daniel serves as the Campus Pastor of Christ Fellowship Español, which is the largest Spanish-speaking church in Palm Beach County. He is also part of the network of leadership trainers with Equip and a faculty member of Christ Fellowship Leadership College. Daniel has a bachelor's degree in Theology from Laurel University and a master's degree in Christian Leadership Studies from Liberty University. Daniel lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife Meiling and their three sons.
Brandon and his wife Michelle have been faithfully serving as part of the Christ Fellowship family since 1995. Brandon graduated from Christ Fellowship Leadership College in 2013, and felt God leading him away from a corporate job and into ministry. God opened the door for their family to lead Christ Fellowship Okeechobee when it launched in 2014. In 2018, they stepped into a new role of leading Christ Fellowship PopUp. Together they have two children, Christopher and Caylie, who are passionate about serving in worship at Christ Fellowship.
Stuart became a member of Christ Fellowship in 2010 and officially came on board as staff in 2015 after more than 25 years in the corporate world of advertising and marketing. He leads Christ Fellowship Church Online, which he believes provides the perfect platform to reach people where they may be their most broken and vulnerable. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego and Christ Fellowship Leadership College. Stuart is passionate about exploring new ideas and finding practical ways to remove barriers for people to hear the word of God.
