The Impact Leadership Network (ILN) was started in 2006 though a vision of Dr. John C. Maxwell and Pastor Tom Mullins to impact and serve the business community. The mission of ILN is to provide an opportunity for leaders of all levels to come together to fully develop their leadership skills and develop the leadership skills of the people around them. In addition, ILN comes along side our leaders to help them expand their business and impact their teams. Some of our leaders have selected to use ILN to impact the lives of their clients or friends by inviting them to our events. As Dr. John C. Maxwell says, “Leadership is the passion to make a difference with others”. ILN makes sure that you, as a leader, have every opportunity to follow through with that passion.

The Impact Leadership Network serves the business leaders in Palm Beach, Martin, St Lucie and Broward Counties as well as from other parts of the country, and is open to leaders of all denominations of faith.

ILN Workshops: 
         Periodically thoughtour the year we conduct complimentary workshops for our members targeting specific areas for improvement. These are also areas where we can connect our members with others.
