Q: Who should give online?

A: Anyone wishing to give to the ministry of Christ Fellowship as a one-time gift and/or on a recurring basis.

Q: What form of payment can I use for my online gift?

A: You can give with a credit card (Visa, MC, Discover and Amex) or with your checking account information (routing and account numbers).

Q: How do I give online?

A: You can give online by using our giving form. For instructions, see our instructions for giving online.

Q: Is online giving secure?

A: Absolutely.  We use a third-party tool from a vendor who is PCI Compliant. When you are entering and sending Online Giving Information you are using secure servers. All of your information is encrypted prior to being transferred. There is no stronger form of protection than encryption and by doing this we prevent someone from “tapping” the line and extracting your personal data.

Q: When are gifts processed?

A: You are able to make a one-time gift at any time.  Recurring gifts are made weekly on any day of the week or monthly on the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, or 25th of each month.

Q: What if I want to cancel or change a recurring gift?

A: From the Online Giving page, click “Give Now”,  select My Giving History and log in. Find your next recurring donation and click “cancel” next to your recurring gift (make sure you are in the correct month).  You cannot “revise” a recurring gift, you can only cancel it and then set up a new recurring gift as you wish.

Q: Will my online gifts be included on my giving statements?

A: Yes, they will be included.

Q: How can I get a receipt for my online gift?

A: You can print out your confirmation screen or confirmation email as a receipt.  Either is considered a valid receipt, but remember, your gift will appear on your giving statements.

Q: Can I access my giving history on the website?

A. Yes. From the Online Giving page, click “Give Now”, select My Giving History and log in.

Q: What is the difference between the Giving History and the Contribution Statement?

A: The Contribution Statement link allows you to export and save previous Contribution Statements. The My Giving History link shows all contributions you have made by month and year. 

Q: How often is the Contribution Statement updated? When is it available after year end?

A: Contribution Statements are updated at the end of June and December and are mailed by July 31st and January 31st, respectively.  Additionally, your most recent Contribution Statement is available online. From the Online Giving page, click “Give Now”, select My Contribution Statement and log in.

Q: How do I revise my personal data?

A: From the Online Giving page, click “Give Now”,  select My User Account and log in. Correct any data and click save changes.

Q: What about my offering envelopes?

A: Envelopes are provided and mailed to any Christ Fellowship attendee who requests them in order to establish faithful patterns of giving.  If you choose online giving, you may continue to use offering envelopes on special giving occasions. You can call or send us an email to stop your offering envelopes from being mailed to you.
