Equipping Men of Honor for Biblical Leadership, in your identity, your home, your church and your work.
Men, are you ready to mature in your relationship with Christ, build accountability relationships with other men, and find your place in ministry at Christ Fellowship? Honor Guard serves you with weekly meetings, Life Groups, Life Studies, weekend retreats, and training courses to encourage guys in their relationship with Christ.

Levels of Attainment
ALPHA Level
- Assignment of Wingman
- 6-week course on Biblical worldview: “The Truth Project” by Dr. Del Tackett
- 6-week course on Leadership: “Developing the Leader Within You” by John Maxwell
- Establishment of regular Quiet Time
- Provide service at one Honor Guard Quarterly Dinner
- Complete "Discovering Christ Fellowship"
Men who complete the ALPHA level Honor Guard curriculum will be recognized at the Honor Guard Quarterly Graduation & Celebration Dinner and will be awarded an ALPHA level pin.
BRAVO Level
- Submit to Believer’s Baptism
- Attend 8-week course on Biblical identity: “Wild at Heart” by John Eldridge
- Attend 6-week course on Leadership: “Developing the Leaders Around You” by John Maxwell
- Complete one community service project, coordinated through Outreach Ministries
- Complete "Discovering Discipleship"
- Plus attend one of the following two courses:
- 6-week course on Marriage: “Sacred Marriage” by Gary Thomas
or - 6-week course on Moral Purity: “Every Man’s Battle” by Stephen Arterburn & Fred Stoeker
- 6-week course on Marriage: “Sacred Marriage” by Gary Thomas
Men who complete the BRAVO level Honor Guard curriculum will be recognized at the off-site BBQ Graduation & Celebration and will be awarded a BRAVO level pin.
CHARLIE Level
- Participate in 36-week course on Biblical Discipleship: “Top Gun Basic Training” by Steve Sonderman
- Supplementary Book Review: “The Leadership Game” by Tom Mullins
- Complete 2 community service projects coordinated through Outreach Ministries
- Participation in Palm Sunday service project
Men who complete the CHARLIE level Honor Guard curriculum will be recognized at the Graduation & Celebration dinner on Campus with Pastor Tom and will be awarded a CHARLIE level pin.
DELTA Level
- Participate in 40-week advanced course on Biblical Discipleship: “Top Gun Discipleship Training” by Steve Sonderman
- Supplementary Book Review: “Leadership Gold” by John Maxwell
- Complete 4 community service projects, coordinated through Outreach Ministries
- Participation in a Christ Fellowship ministry
Men who complete the DELTA level Honor Guard curriculum will be recognized at the off-site Graduation & Celebration Weekend Retreat with Pastor Tom and will be awarded a DELTA FORCE medallion.
Quarterly Dinners
Honor Guard Quarterly Dinners will serve to educate about Honor Guard and to mobilize the next class of new recruits.
Honor Guard Power Breakfast
Are you looking for a way to connect with other men in an atmosphere of prayer and fellowship? Join us for our weekly prayer breakfast. You’ll experience a poignant Bible lesson, powerful testimony, and purposeful prayer, all before you go to work!
When: Fridays from 6:45 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.
