Dr. Tom Mullins is the founder and Senior Pastor of Christ Fellowship. Pastor Tom’s desire to make a difference in Palm Beach County inspired him to launch Christ Fellowship in 1984. His family welcomed 40 others into their home for a Bible study that quickly grew into a church. Today, Pastor Tom leads three campuses and a full-time staff of more than 100 to accomplish God’s purposes in the community and around the world.
Pastor Tom earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Georgetown College and a doctorate from Liberty University. Before starting Christ Fellowship, he played and coached football both on the high school and collegiate levels, and he remains a coach at heart.
He is author of The Leadership Game and The Confidence Factor: Discovering the Winning Edge for Life. Because of his dynamic teaching style, Pastor Tom is a highly sought speaker who travels internationally on behalf of world-renowned organizations such as EQUIP, Campus Crusade for Christ and Athletes in Action. He also serves on boards for Places of Hope International, a network of residential communities for abused children around the world; Palm Beach Atlantic University; Global Pastor’s Network; and EQUIP.
Tom and his wife, Donna, have been married for more than 40 years. They have two adult children, Noelle and Todd, Christ Fellowship’s Executive Pastor. Todd and his wife, Julie, have a son, Jefferson.
