2000 and Beyond: Reaching the World
In 2000, the Gardens North Campus opened and drew more than 5,000 people to worship together. Since 2004, the Royal Palm, CityPlace, Online, and Stuart campuses were opened, bringing weekly attendance to more than 11,000. More than 20,000 people now call Christ Fellowship their church home.
In the same year, Christ Fellowship opened Place of Hope, a faith-based facility caring for the neglected and abused children in Palm Beach County. Currently, Place of Hope has six homes. Children are finding hope and the kind of tender and compassionate love about which they had only dreamed.
In January 2004, we set out on our Impacting Faith mission, which challenged us as a church family to help transform the lives of those who are lost and hurting in our region. This vision prompted us to both expand our current facilities and extend our ministry into the surrounding communities. In August 2004, we launched our Wellington Campus and followed with our second regional campus in April 2005 at CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach. In 2006, our Wellington Campus relocated from a temporary location in a school to a permanent location in Royal Palm Beach.
In 2008, we came together as a church family to begin a mission called One Life. We sought out to take the love and message of Jesus even farther into this region and the world with the launch of an Online Campus, the Stuart Campus in Martin County, and the opening of the Life Center on our Gardens Campus.
Through key partnerships with organizations such as Campus Crusade for Christ, Global Pastors Network, Places of Hope International, the India Gospel League, EQUIP Ministries, Children’s Evangelism and Life Outreach International, Christ Fellowship has been able to touch hundreds of thousands of people around the world for Christ. The outreach efforts nationally and internationally have also expanded through growth in the Children’s Ministry, Student Ministry and Latin American Ministry. Lives are being touched throughout Palm Beach County, the United States and around the world.
