Todd and Julie Mullins have served on the senior leadership team for over twenty years and Todd currently serves as the Lead Pastor of Christ Fellowship. While guiding the church through times of dynamic change, Todd and Julie give direction to the mission of Christ Fellowship. Todd shares as teaching pastor and leads a staff of over 300 dedicated people. He has earned a Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University.
Tom and Donna Mullins are the founders of Christ Fellowship. Their desire to make a difference for Christ in Palm Beach County inspired them to start Christ Fellowship in their home in 1984. Their leadership has helped to grow the church from 40 to over 30,000 on multiple campuses in South Florida. Pastor Tom is also the master coach and author of The Leadership Game and The Confidence Factor. Tom earned a Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University.
John C. Maxwell is an internationally respected leadership expert, speaker, and author who has sold more than 19 million books. Dr. Maxwell is the founder of EQUIP, a non-profit organization that has trained more than 5 million leaders in 126 countries worldwide. A New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Business Week best-selling author, Maxwell has written three books that have sold more than a million copies: The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, Developing the Leader Within You, and The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader.
Shaun and Teresa Blakeney have served in ministry at Christ Fellowship since 2008, initially with student ministries and currently with young adults. In Shaun’s 20+ years of ministry, he has striven to authentically share the love of Christ in a relevant and applicable way. This desire led to the founding of J1Ten Young Adults Ministry that has grown into a vibrant and thriving ministry. Shaun and Teresa have two children, Austin and Alyssa, who are very active in student ministries and serving in a number of areas. Shaun earned a Masters Degree in Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Rex has been in senior pastoral ministry for more than twenty years in the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia areas before joining Christ Fellowship as Congregational Care Pastor. He currently serves as Gardens Campus Pastor. His vast experience as a police official, in pastoral care, leadership training, and church planting in the U.S. and abroad empowers him to connect with people from many walks of life with the Gospel. Rex has a passion for God and a deep love for people as he seeks to impact their lives with the breath of life found in Christ (Gen. 2:7). Rex is married to Reneé and they have four adult children, including one son who is home in heaven.
Jonathan entered ministry in 1997, serving on staff at Liberty University before becoming the youngest senior pastor and president in the history of Life Church and Clinton Christian School in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. After earlier service as special assistant to Senior Pastor Tom Mullins, Jonathan returned to Christ Fellowship in 2007 as Adult Ministries Pastor at the Gardens Campus.
Andy Glass is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University and Christ Fellowship's School of Biblical Leadership. He has served on Christ Fellowship's staff for the past seven years. Andy and Shea are passionate about connecting people to God and serving the city of West Palm Beach.
Dave and Rhonda have been a part of the Christ Fellowship family since April of 2009. Before becoming the Boynton Beach Campus Pastor, Dave served as the Student Ministry Director and then as the Adult Ministry Pastor at Christ Fellowship's Royal Palm Campus. With over 12 years of full-time ministry experience, their heart's desire is to see everyone walk in the divine destiny that God has prepared for them (Eph. 2:10).
Before taking on this role, Matt was a Worship Pastor at the Gardens Campus. He led the choirs and vocal teams, and arranged and wrote music. Matt has more than 20 years of experience in full-time ministry in California and Florida. He attended Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, where he earned a B.A. in Bible and Church Music. Matt and his wife, Kellie live in Stuart. They love serving and loving on the people of Martin County. Their greatest joy is to see their two children, Madison and Michael grow up in Christ Fellowship, discovering their purpose and gifts to serve Jesus.
Danny and Danielle have spent their entire lives loving and serving the church. Both of them had successful careers in the art and entertainment industries before transitioning into ministry. They are passionate about helping people find community, healthy marriages, financial freedom and the joy that comes from living radically generous lives. Danny and Danielle recently moved to the Upper West Side and are looking forward to the adventure of living in the heart of New York City!
Brandon and his wife Michelle have been faithfully serving as part of the Christ Fellowship family since 1995. They both started their journey in CF Students and continued to grow in their walk with God. Brandon transitioned to young adults, and Michelle moved on to be a leader in Mothers of Pre-Schoolers (MOPS). Brandon served with the traffic team, Men's ministry and life missions. In 2010, Brandon fully surrendered to God’s call on his life to full-time ministry. He graduated from Kaleo in 2013 and returned as a group leader. God opened the door for his family to lead in Okeechobee, where they serve with their children in the same location, on the same day, at the same time each week. They even brought their entire Kaleo group with them to launch the campus.
Daniel is a man deeply in love with God and His Word. He is also a dynamic communicator and part of the network of leadership trainers for EQUIP in Latin America. He has a degree in Theology and a successful business background. His life experiences and his walk with God allow him to reach to broad audiences both locally and internationally. He is also passionate about his family and the church.
Oscar is a graduate of Christ Fellowship’s School of Leadership, Kaleo. After a successful career in the technology industry he has transitioned into full-time ministry as the Online Campus Pastor. Oscar has 10 years of ministry experience and lives with his wife Dalia and two daughters in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. He is passionate about removing the barriers of time and distance so people can know God from anywhere in the world.
