Dr. Tom Mullins, Senior Pastor
Dr. Tom Mullins is the founder and senior pastor of Christ Fellowship. His desire to make a difference for Christ in Palm Beach County inspired him to start Christ Fellowship in his home in 1984. His leadership has helped to grow to the church from 40 to over 20,000 on multiple campuses in South Florida. He is also the master coach and author of The Leadership Game and The Confidence Factor. He earned a Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University.
Todd Mullins, Executive Pastor
Todd has served on the senior leadership of Christ Fellowship for more than 20 years and has led the church through times of dynamic change. As Executive Pastor, Todd leads the staff of over 150 dedicated people, giving direction to the mission of the church and sharing as one of the teaching pastors. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University.
Dr. John C. Maxwell, Teaching Pastor
John is an internationally recognized leadership expert, speaker, and author who has sold more than 13 million books. He is also the founder of INJOY Stewardship Services and EQUIP; his organizations have trained more than 2 million leaders worldwide. John earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, and he has been a Christ Fellowship Teaching Pastor since 2004.
Don Bray, Gardens Campus Pastor
Don has been in ministry since 1966 as a pastor in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and has since done extensive international travel, speaking on six continents and across North America. Don and his family have lived overseas and invested much of their lives in cross-cultural ministry. He is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in religion, and has an M.A. in Religion from Olivet Nazarene University
Jonathan Bonar, Royal Palm Campus Pastor
Jonathan entered ministry in 1997, serving on staff at Liberty University before becoming the youngest senior pastor and president in the history of Life Church and Clinton Christian School in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. After earlier service as special assistant to Senior Pastor Tom Mullins, Jonathan returned to Christ Fellowship in 2007 as Adult Ministries Pastor at the Gardens Campus.
Matt Pilot, Stuart Campus Pastor
Before taking on this role, Matt was a Worship Pastor at the Gardens Campus. He led the choirs and vocal teams, and arranged and wrote music. Matt has more than 15 years of experience in full-time ministry in California and Florida. He attended Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, where he earned a degree in Bible and in music.
