Tom and Donna Mullins are the founders of Christ Fellowship. Their desire to make a difference for Christ in Palm Beach County inspired them to start Christ Fellowship in their home in 1984. Their leadership has helped to grow the church from 40 to over 30,000 on multiple campuses in South Florida. Pastor Tom is also the master coach and author of The Leadership Game and The Confidence Factor. Tom earned a Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University.

David joined the Christ Fellowship pastoral team in 2004. David has more than 15 years of pastoral experience in Canada, the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia. His experience ranges from church planting to family and children’s ministries. David is a graduate of Vanguard College in Edmonton, Canada, where he studied theology. David and his wife, Manuela, have been married since 1992 and have three children.

Don has been in ministry since 1966 as a pastor in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and has since done extensive international travel, speaking on six continents and across North America. Don and his family have lived overseas and invested much of their lives in cross-cultural ministry. He is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in religion, and has an M.A. in Religion from Olivet Nazarene University


Jonathan entered ministry in 1997, serving on staff at Liberty University before becoming the youngest senior pastor and president in the history of Life Church and Clinton Christian School in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. After earlier service as special assistant to Senior Pastor Tom Mullins, Jonathan returned to Christ Fellowship in 2007 as Adult Ministries Pastor at the Gardens Campus.

Originally from Texas, John spent five years serving with Youth With A Mission before traveling as the Road Pastor for the band Third Day. John has also been involved with urban church plants in Atlanta and Nashville. His heart's desire is to see people embrace the true meaning of eternal life. He is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, and has been at Christ Fellowship since May of 2007.

Before taking on this role, Matt was a Worship Pastor at the Gardens Campus. He led the choirs and vocal teams, and arranged and wrote music. Matt has more than 15 years of experience in full-time ministry in California and Florida. He attended Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, where he earned a degree in Bible and in music.


Daniel is a man deeply in love with God and His Word. He is also a dynamic communicator and part of the network of leadership trainers for EQUIP in Latin America. He has a degree in Theology and a successful business background. His life experiences and his walk with God allow him to reach to broad audiences both locally and internationally. He is also passionate about his family and the church.
